The purpose of the association is to promote the general and social welfare of the residents of the community of Hiawatha Estates, Ooltewah, Tennessee 37363.
Each household becomes a member of the Association by paying annual dues one year in advance. As of 2024, dues are $75 and memberships are renewable in January of each year.
The governing body of this organization is a nine-member board of directors, and the members present at official meetings. The voting membership is limited to homeowners who have paid their annual dues within the subdivision. Annual Meetings of the Association are held in the first quarter of each year.
